Damage Deposit

Damage Deposit is required with every rental. The Damage deposit of 1000$ is placed on hold and is released at the end of rental period pending inspection and no significant damages or issues. If damages exceed the 1000$ renter will be required to pay for damages as outlined in liability agreement.
